Includes: Use of 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house, full kitchen, living area, and access to private hiking trails, atv trails, and horse back riding trails. Access to the Kinniconick Creek for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.

Use of house for up to four people. $25 dollars for each additional adult up to eight. Use of over 18 miles of private trails. Kayak rental available for Kinniconick Creek. Horse pens are available as well.
